What every resident receives, regardless of package
baannilel is one house with one kitchen and one garden. The packages differ in room size, privacy, and the level of personal support — but meals, daily housekeeping, and access to the shared spaces are standard for everyone.
Three Meals Every Day
Freshly prepared in the house kitchen using local market produce. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No exceptions, no supplements charged.
Garden & Verandah
The lotus pond garden and covered sitting verandah are open to all residents throughout the day, every day.
Daily Housekeeping
Rooms cleaned each morning, linens changed twice weekly. Common areas maintained throughout the day.
Option 01
Shared Pond View Room
A comfortable shared room for two residents, with a window that frames the lotus pond and garden directly. Both residents have their own bed, wardrobe, personal shelf space, and bedside lamp. The room is cleaned each morning and linens are changed on a twice-weekly basis.
Three meals a day are prepared in the house kitchen using fresh Udon Thani market produce — warm, generous Isan-influenced home cooking that residents often describe as one of the genuine pleasures of daily life at the house.

Option 02
Private Garden Suite
A private room positioned on the garden side of the house with a window seat overlooking the lotus pond. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, reading armchair, and soft lighting throughout. Three daily meals, twice-weekly laundry, and daily housekeeping are standard.
Residents may join the house's regular activities schedule — cooking demonstration afternoons with the house cook, guided visits to the Udon Thani Red Lotus Sea in season, and weekly cultural outings to local temples and markets.

Option 03
Full baannilel Living Package
A generous private suite with a personal pond-garden terrace, a spacious bedroom with king-sized bed and quality bedding, a sitting room, and an en-suite bathroom. This is the most complete way to experience the warmth of baannilel.
A dedicated staff member provides personal non-medical daily assistance. The house team maintains warm and consistent communication with families — in person during visits and in writing for those living abroad.

The house maintains relationships with nearby hospitals and can assist families in connecting with appropriate medical services when needed.
